We identify and work alongside economically and socially deprived women from backward areas, migrant populations and dropouts and empower them through skill training to enable them to get jobs / earn / or start their own ventures. Our main centres for such trainings are at Khar, Chembur, Nerul & Trombay (all in Mumbai) and at Pune

This capacity building through Vocational Training includes personality development, basic computer & English language and soft skill training which will enable them to be self-reliant and enjoy a dignified and sustainable quality of life.

We train around 1200+women every year.
